Changes to This Privacy Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Illahe Vineyards. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://www.illahevineyards.com/ and your purchase of our products. By using our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Age Restriction and Legal Compliance
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine or other alcoholic beverages from us. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal drinking age in your state. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet this age requirement.
All shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. We ship only to states where we are legally permitted to do so. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally allowed to receive wine shipments in your location. We cannot ship to certain states or addresses that prohibit direct wine shipments.
Your Account
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Wine Club Membership
When you join our wine club, you agree to purchase your first shipment (6 or 12 bottles as selected) to activate your membership benefits. After your initial shipment, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at karen@illahevineyards.com or calling (503) 831-1248.
Wine club shipments will be processed automatically at the frequency you selected. You will be notified before each shipment, and payment will be charged to the credit card on file. You may modify your shipment preferences before the customization deadline.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our Site. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added to your order total. You are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to most states in the United States where legally permitted. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup. We are not responsible for wine that is damaged due to weather conditions if delivery is refused or delayed by the recipient.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and alcohol shipping regulations, we generally cannot accept returns of wine once it has been delivered. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will work with you to resolve any issues. Please contact us at karen@illahevineyards.com.
Weather Protection: We monitor weather conditions and may hold shipments during periods of extreme temperatures to protect wine quality. If we delay your shipment for weather-related reasons, we will notify you.
We are not responsible for wine that is damaged due to extreme weather conditions if delivery is refused, delayed by the recipient, or if no one is available to accept the shipment requiring an adult signature. We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone 21+ will be available to receive the shipment.
Electronic Communications
By using our Site or providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, marketing messages, and other communications related to your account or purchases. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you will receive automated marketing messages about promotions, events, and other information related to Illahe Vineyards. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. If you need help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at karen@illahevineyards.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages and consent to our Privacy Policy and these Terms.
