Plant and Moss Basics 

Explain what kokedama is and how it functions.  

Discuss considerations for selecting plants suitable for indoor spaces.  

Provide guidance on moisture and light requirements, as well as general aftercare.  

Guided Kokedama Activity  

Offer step-by-step instructions for plant preparation and shaping.  

Guide participants in loosening the root ball and forming the soil and moss.  

Demonstrate moss wrapping and how to finish with twine.  

Participants will complete one kokedama to take home.
